We at Bagbani are happy to announce that we have come up with an idea of vegetable farming  which is of a need in current times for surviving in this concrete world.

       •We think that nature and its goodness should exist and people should get fresh and healthy vegetable farming products from nature. 

  • This idea will benefit as the farmers will get employment and direct selling of their products will be done to the final consumer, with a fair price for their hard work and the consumer will also get fresh and healthy veggies which enhances the nutrients, proteins and vitamins that we need to consume on a daily basis to be healthy.
  • In today’s world we are struggling to get fresh and chemical free products for consumption, so we are here to provide you fresh and healthy vegetable farming with the doorstep service and enable direct selling from us to you in Delhi and NCR. 
  • We ourselves have done the farming with the help of farmers with utmost care and love. Both regular vegetables and seasonal will be sold according to weather conditions. 

Our growing includes:

  • Chemical free vegetables- We focus on growing the healthiest veggies which is 100% safe for consumption and which has its original time period to grow. We keep in mind to protect our environment. 
  • Fresh water farmingWe use fresh water i.e. pure water to grow our veggies unlike the polluted water released from factories. Fresh water farming increases the life of the product and increases its safety for consumption. 
  • Incorporating a Composting system- We use residue of fruits, vegetables and organic yard waste to compost as it adds nutrients and brings back the organic matter in the soil and creates healthy and strong plants.

We are growing a variety of veggies like capsicum, cabbage, carrot, bottle gourd, brinjal, turai, tomato, chilly, leafy vegetables like methi, coriander, spinach etc and details of each vegetable is also provided with short description.

1.Capsicum 

  • Great source of vitamin A, C and E. It also includes dietary fibre and folate. 
  • Helps to increase metabolic rate and helps in the form of collagen and improves skin health. 
  • Capsaicin is an ingredient found in capsicum that treats arthritis and acts as an antioxidant. 

2.Cabbage

  • Great source of vitamin C and K. It helps to improve digestion. 
  • Helps to lower cholesterol and blood pressure and keeps the heart healthy.

3.Carrot– 

  • Great source of vitamin A which keeps the eyes healthy. 
  • It lowers the risk of cancer as it includes carotenoids and anthocyanins which are the two main antioxidants.

4.Bottle gourd– 

  • Great source of vitamin C which carries skin glowing properties.
  • Effective in weight loss and helps to treat urinary tract infections. 

5.Brinjal

  •  Great source of vitamin C, K and B6. Reduces risk of heart disease.
  • Promote blood sugar control.

6.Turai 

  •  Enhances vision and relieves constipation.
  • Protects liver function.

7.Tamato

  • Good source of vitamin A, C and B2. 
  • Strong bones, eyesight and skin.

8.Chilli

  • Lower body temperature and natural source of iron.
  • Great for a healthy diet.

9.Leafy vegetables– 

  • Great source of vitamins, minerals and fibre but low in calories.
  • Reduces risk of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure.
